        1. The software database is free. (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
        2. The software is web based.
        3. The software can run on all desktop, tablet and mobile phone web browsers without requiring any settings or installation.

      1. User properties
        1. The software has the roles of Laboratory Sample Acceptance Secretariat (NCS), Sample Acceptance Officer (NKY), Stock officer, Analyst, Laboratory Manager and Customer.
        2. The software’s menus and reports are created within the scope of the role authorities of the users specified in the above article.
        3. Customers register to the software themselves and can only log in after approval from NKS or NKY roles
      2. Fully Authorized User Screen
        1. In the laboratory software, definitions are made in a hierarchical order, with Units under Sub-laboratories and analyzes under units.
        2. Customer groups can be defined and customers are associated with these groups.
        3. Analysts responsible for each analysis can be defined.
        4. Pricing can be made according to Customer Groups for analyses.
        5. Parameters can be entered for analysis and the analysis price can be entered according to these parameters. Example A analysis is K lira for customer group X, if transaction Z is requested in analysis A, the price for customer group X will be K + m lira.
        6. Sample acceptance questions can be entered for each sub-laboratory and unit, and these questions can be answered in the form of yes/no, multiple choice, open-ended text or numbers.
        7. Quotation code template and barcode template can be specified for each sub-laboratory and the software generates codes according to these templates.
        8. The software should be able to record customers’ contact information, debt and collection information, and create customer account statements.
        9. Within the general settings of the institution, the institution manager and the institution can enter report formats into the system.

      3. Sample Acceptance Screen
        1. Price offer is created by the sample acceptance unit.
        2. Payment method and project number can be entered in price quotes.
        3. Price offers created by the customer appear on the sample acceptance screen.
        4. If the samples physically arrive at the Laboratory, the sample acceptance officer can remove the barcode for the sample and take a photo of the sample. The software is web-based and can use webcams.
        5. The accepted sample is transferred online to analysts.
        6. The software must know which analysis was performed by which analyst and distribute accordingly.
        7. When transferring data to analysts, they should inform them by e-mail.
        8. Must be able to see the test request forms approved by the analysts, and can send the test request form to the upper user (manager, deputy manager) for approval.
      4. Analyst Screen
        1. The analyst can view the sample received from the online software. This screen should contain sample informations like barcode and photo.
        2. The analyst cannot see who the sample owner is.
        3. The analyst can select a suitable date for analysis from his calendar.
        4. It is added to the analyst calendar according to the selected analysis date.
        5. In the analyst calendar, unstarted analyses, ongoing analyzes and finished analyzes appear in different colours.
        6. When the analysis is completed, the analysis result can be uploaded to the system as rich text, file or image.
        7. There is an area in the software where the customer who has an analyst analysis can comment on the analysis result.
        8. The analyst can also enter non-analysis transactions into the work calendar from his own screen. (Leave, Report, non-analysis work, etc.)
        9. The analyst can open notifications about device malfunctions from his own screen. This notification can be seen by the sample acceptance and administration.
        10. The analyst can access forms and procedures in the common file system from his own screen.
        11. The software is suitable for the Analyst to enter a purchase request.
        12. Analyst can report warehouse stock status.
      5. Manager / Deputy Manager / Sample Acceptance Manager Screen
        1. Can see all price offers.
        2. Can see the work schedule of all analysts.
        3. It lands on the completed analysis screen, where you can view the analysis results, approve them, send them back to the analyst to repeat the analysis, and allow the customer to see the analysis result.

      6. Stock Manager Screen
        1. Can open a product registration.
        2. It can process purchase transactions into the system according to the amounts on the Invoice.
        3. Can create company and warehouse records.
        4. It can issue stock to units.
        5. Critical stock level records can be entered for products.
        6. It can list consumables, chemical materials, device spare parts and analysis equipment in all warehouses.
        7. The analyst can view and approve the test request forms filled out by customers – related to their own analysis – and write an explanation if rejected.     
      7. Customer Screen
        1. The customer can access the Software Login screen by clicking the link provided on the LABURATUVAR web page.
        2. On the software login screen (if the customer is not registered in the system), he/she registers by entering information such as name, surname, e-mail address and password. The customer cannot log in to the software without his registration being approved by the LABORATORY.
        3. The customer can create a quote in the software and send it online to the LABORATORY for approval.
        4. The customer can create a test request form from the software and send the test request form to the laboratory via the software.
        5. The customer can follow the analysis process and results from the software (if the LABORATORY allows the results to be received from the software).
        6. Customer questions can fill out the Customer satisfaction survey by answering the questions determined by the LABORATORY.
        7. The customer can see the debit and receivable status on his own screen, and can get a detailed breakdown if he wishes.
      8. Quality System Manager Screen
        1. Can share common files.
        2. Can create a document archive.
        3. Can print customer contact list.
        4. Can make device recordings.
