CNC Rotary Indexer
4th-Axis System Positioning 2-Tonne Workpieces at 0.01° Accuracy
A heavy-duty rotary indexer that adds a fourth axis to CNC machines. It rotates 2-tonne shafts to the desired angle with 0.01-degree accuracy, then brakes to lock the workpiece in place so the machine can cut on it. It allows machining from multiple angles without unclamping the part.
Highlights
- 2-tonne load capacity
- 0.01° positioning accuracy
- Brake-and-lock after positioning
- Adds a 4th axis to an existing CNC machine
